Daniel Savrin is an experienced trial lawyer who represents clients in antitrust, white collar criminal and complex commercial litigation matters. He has a wide-ranging national and international antitrust practice. For his antitrust work, he is ranked as one of “America’s Leading Lawyers for Business” in the Chambers USA Guide and is listed as one of The Best Lawyers in America. His antitrust practice includes representation of individuals and corporations in criminal antitrust matters; civil enforcement matters; individual and class action litigation; merger-related proceedings and litigation; and counseling on trade regulation, distribution, and merger and acquisition issues. 


Daniel is a member of the leadership of the American Bar Association Antitrust Section and American Bar Association White Collar Crime Committee. He is a frequent author and speaker on antitrust matters. Daniel is Co-Chair of the Editorial Board of Consumer Protection Law Developments and on the Advisory Board of the Loyola Institute for Consumer Antitrust Studies.

Daniel received a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Union College.

Richard Wells is a partner at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts based in Auckland and has more than 15 years experience in the intellectual property, consumer protection, commercial law and e-commerce fields. He advises on issues arising at all stages in the product/service lifecycle including terms of trade and the commercialisation of new products and technology, troubleshooting IP, advertising and consumer law queries, social media and privacy issues, on-line retailing and commercial agreements. Richard brings a problem solving perspective to client issues based on the experience he has gained practising in several jurisdictions in both private practice and in-house roles.

Martin Versfeld is a partner in the Competition Practice at Webber Wentzel.  Martin has been recognised as a leading practitioner in his field by a number of prominent domestic and international journals and competition agencies. He is the co-author of a book on competition law titled A Practical Guide to the South African Competition Act, which is prescribed reading at a number of South African universities.  Martin has also published many articles, both locally and internationally, and has presented papers at a number of local conferences.
